1. No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments to IELTS Tutor are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds for any reason.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on our Standard subscription so you can fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • Full access to Standard features during the trial
  • We will send you a reminder to upgrade at the end of your trial
  • Use this time to determine if the Service meets your needs

We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial before subscribing.

3. What This Means

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to use the Service during your subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before a subscription renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with test preparation results (we cannot guarantee specific IELTS scores)
  • Technical issues with your own equipment or internet connection
  • Partial periods of unused subscription time

4. Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Cancel through your account settings or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until your billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

To avoid interruption of service, make sure to upgrade before your trial ends.
