1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IELTS Tutor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IELTS Tutor is an online platform designed to help users prepare for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) examination. The Service provides practice materials, AI-powered feedback, and progress tracking tools for the Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking sections of the IELTS exam.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (Standard or Premium plan).
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for our subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, we will send you a reminder to upgrade to a paid plan. If you choose not to upgrade, your access to certain features and your progress data may be restricted.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service
Failure to use the Service during your subscription period
Failure to cancel before a subscription renewal
Dissatisfaction with test preparation results

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by IELTS Tutor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Share your account credentials with others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Copy, distribute, or modify any content from the Service without permission.
Use automated systems or bots to access the Service.

10. Disclaimer

IELTS Tutor is an independent test preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English. "IELTS" is a registered trademark of University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific test results or score improvements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
